This is a gorgeous and beautifully made Navajo necklace with a center bezel set onyx! The pendant has a simple shadow box design with a feather or leaf motif to accent the onyx stone. Based on the style and design, I'd estimate that this piece dates to the 1970s. All in all, it's a lovely artisan made piece!

The pendant is signed "Sterling KS" on the reverse. I've done some research, but haven't been able to identify the artist. The pendant measures 2 cm x 5.9 cm (or 0.79 inches by 2.3 inches), and the chain is 46.34 cm or 18.25 in.. The necklace weighs a total of 8.76 grams.
