Packages will be shipped by our team member in North Carolina to your location.

US domestic shipping - Our policy is to ship orders within 2 business days of the order being placed. In the US, delivery times typically vary from 2-7 days.

International shipping - Our policy is to ship orders within 2 business days of the order being placed. International shipping varies greatly depending on your destination, but most packages are delivered in 2-4 weeks.

Item Condition - All items aside from our Silk & Stone Collection are genuine vintage pieces. We hand select and inspect each piece, but vintage items do acquire wear over time which is part of their charm! Please take a look at the photos for the condition of each piece. If you have questions, please get in touch!

Policies - If you have any questions about an order, please let us know right away! Sending us a message through Etsy is the best way to get in touch with us. Depending on where in the world we are when we receive your message, it may take a little while for us to reply due to the time difference. Usually we’ll get back to you within 24 hours. Additional Policies - We accept payment via PayPal and credit or debit cards. If an order isn’t paid for within 2 business days, it will be canceled and the items will be made available for purchase. Orders are shipped after the payment has gone through.

Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. Packages will be shipped United States First Class mail with tracking.

For international orders, duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. If a package is refused, there is no refund or exchange on the item. Packages are usually delivered within a period of 2-4 weeks for international orders, depending on the destination, shipping volume, and weather conditions. Packages shipping during holiday seasons may take longer.

Layaway Plans

We offer layaway plans for items or orders that total $100 or more. A 25% deposit is required upfront to reserve an item. This deposit is nonrefundable. Layaway terms of 1-3 months are available. If the item or order totals more than $500, please contact us for custom layaway plans. Once you make the initial payment, you are committing to the terms of the layaway.

You may pay each of the payments at any time during the month in which the payment is due. However, if you don’t make all of your payments within the agreed upon period of time, you forfeit your deposit, the reserve will be canceled, and the item relisted. All purchases made via a layaway plan are final--no refunds or exchanges.

Return Specifics

We accept returns when notified within 14 days of the delivery date, as long as the item is shipped back within 30 days.

We will happily refund the full cost of the item being returned. Please note that this does not include the return shipping or cost of shipping which is added on to the item price at checkout.
