Vintage Guatemalan Artisan Made Silver Textured Cross Necklace

This is a beautiful and quite old cross necklace that I acquired on a trip to Antigua, Guatemala! The cross was clearly artisan made and has a very interesting and geometric design. It has been embossed or engraved throughout with lines that form diamond shaped geometric shapes. This would make a lovely everyday piece or the start of a unique charm necklace!

The pendant is unmarked, but tests for sterling silver; chain is marked ""925 Italy"". The pendant measures 1.5 cm x 3.2 cm (or 0.59 inches by 1.26 inches). The chain measures 46.4 cm (or 18.25 inches). The necklace weighs a total of 2.91 grams.
