Vintage Genuine Jade Beaded Necklace with Gourd Pendant

This is a beautiful necklace featuring vintage jadeite beads in bright green, orange, and celadon green! These are natural colors, the jade has not been dyed. The beads create a lovely effect and nicely highlight the moss in snow color of the central pendant which has been carved into a gourd motif. The gourd represents warding off illness and ensuring good health, as the first character of the word "gourd" has the same pronunciation the word "protect". This is a very beautifully designed necklace with a lovely piece of jadeite!
A note on the condition, the stone has a small internal vein, but the stone itself is stable. It is not a crack that you would be able to feel on the surface of the stone. The pendant measures 1.7 cm x 4.1 cm (or 0.67 x 1.61 inches), and the necklace is 56 cm (or 22 inches). It weighs a total of 20.78 grams.
