This is a very dainty and delicate rose gold heart necklace. This is a unique and interesting piece that I believe may be a Catholic religious medal. The center of the heart features a very subtle and worn engraving of a cross and crown of thorns. This is a very unusual antique necklace!
The necklace is unsigned and unmarked as far as I was able to tell. It's in good antique condition, with some wear to the rose gold and patina. The clasp is still in good working order. The pendant measures 1.5 cm x 1.6 cm (or 0.59 inches by 0.63 inches). The necklace chain is 38.1 cm (or 16 inches), and both pendant and chain weigh a total of 1.6 grams.
