Early Mexican Sterling Silver Turquoise Glass Earrings

This is a lovely pair of early Mexican sterling silver earrings! These earrings were artisan made and have been set with a lovely blue glass cabochon in robin's egg blue. The center cabochons are nicely highlighted by the graceful design of the earrings. These earrings have natural oxidation from age and I have left them unpolished.

The earrings are in very good vintage condition;, and the screw backs are in good working order. They test for sterling silver, and are stamped "Mexico" on the back. Each earring measures 1.7 cm x 1.9 cm (or 0.67 inches by 0.75 inches). Both earrings together weigh a total of 5.54 grams.
