Adorable 1940s Engraved Flower Silver Screw back Earrings

This is a lovely pair of 1940s to 1950s engraved sterling silver earrings! Each earring is hand engraved in the center with a beautiful cherry blossom, which is surrounded by a swirl design and engraved leaves. These earrings are very well made and have a great retro style design!
The screw backs are marked, " STERLING SILVER FCC", and the mechanism is in good working order. There is a little bit of patina which could be polished away, if desired. Each earring measures 1.7 cm x 2.1 cm (or 0.67 inches by 0.83 inches). Both earrings together weigh a total of 5.24 grams.
